SHORT STAY6号棟でのセルフサービスの短期滞在。1週100,000円、2週180,000円、3週250,000円。追加1名につき週30,000円。

OTHER COSTS上に書いた金額のほかに、当方がお支払いを求める費用はありません。ただし冬のターム（10月から4月ごろ）は灯油代が実費で加わります。銀行振込と送金の手数料はお客様のご負担です。

RESIDENCY採択のお知らせから14日以内に、滞在費総額の20%をデポジットとしてお支払いください。入金をもって滞在枠を確保します。残額は滞在開始日の30日前までです。

60 DAYS+滞在開始の60日前まではデポジットのみを申し受けます。残額をお支払い済みの場合は、残額を返金します。

OUR SIDE災害など当方の事情で受け入れを中止する場合は、受領済みの滞在費を全額返金します。この場合、渡航費など付随する費用は補償の対象外です。
