Residency Program 滞在プログラム
河口湖の北岸、富士山の麓の小さな村に、6軒の家が並んでいます。6okkenを運営するアーティストはこの村に住み、あなたの制作の傍らで自分の制作を続けています。6棟のうち2棟が、滞在者のための家です。
成果の制作や発表の義務はありません。オープンスタジオやトークは、滞在者が望んだときにだけ、アーティスト自身の主導で開かれます。
Six houses stand together in a small village on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi, at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The artists who run 6okken live here, working on their own projects while you work on yours. Two of the six houses are for residents.
Nothing has to be produced or presented. Open studios and talks happen only when residents want them, run by the artists themselves.
Houses 滞在棟
A cozy house with a sunny loft. Recommended for 4, up to 6 with the loft as a bedroom.
The most private rooms in the village, up to 7 people, with a spacious bedroom and a great view.

An online meeting before you arrive.
Pick-up at Kawaguchiko Station, and lunch together.
We drive you to town up to twice a week, for groceries or research around the area.
Chat support throughout your stay.
We can advise on grant applications to help fund your stay.

Living here 暮らし
Japanese is not required. We work in English and Japanese.
Partners and children are welcome, and so are companies, collectives and families. Co-sleeping children stay free.
Houses are heated with kerosene stoves; fuel is billed at cost.
On clear days, Mt. Fuji is right there from the garden.
Fees & terms 料金とターム
1ターム=4週間。1人目280,000円＋追加1名につき100,000円。夏のタームは320,000円。
A term is four weeks: 280,000 JPY for the first resident plus 100,000 JPY per additional person. Summer terms are 320,000 JPY.
